Intelligence · Data & Dashboards
Business intelligence dashboards you can actually trust.
We connect the systems your business runs on, model the data into clear definitions and build dashboards people check every day. The result is one source for your KPIs, refreshed automatically instead of rebuilt in spreadsheets each month.
01Problems we solve
If this sounds familiar, we can help.
Two reports, two answers
Sales and finance quote different numbers, and meetings turn into arguments about whose is right.
Monthly spreadsheet marathons
Someone spends days exporting, pasting and fixing formulas before anyone sees last month's figures.
Data scattered across tools
CRM, accounts, ads and operations each hold part of the picture, and nothing joins them up.
Dashboards nobody opens
Charts were built once, drifted out of date and lost the team's confidence.
02What we build
From scattered exports to one trusted view of the business.
- 01
KPI and executive dashboards
A focused set of metrics for leadership, with clear definitions and the ability to drill into detail.
- 02
Data pipelines
Scheduled extraction from your CRM, accounting, ecommerce and marketing tools into one place.
- 03
Data warehouse setup
A warehouse on PostgreSQL or BigQuery, sized for your volumes and owned in your own account.
- 04
Data modelling with dbt
Tested, version-controlled transformations that turn raw tables into consistent business definitions.
- 05
Operational reporting
Daily views for sales, support, stock or delivery teams, with alerts when a number moves out of range.
- 06
Reporting clean-up
Untangling existing spreadsheets and dashboards, agreeing metric definitions and retiring duplicates.

A clear path from first call to handover.
- 1
Define the questions
We agree which decisions the data should support and write down how each KPI is calculated.
- 2
Connect and model
Sources are piped into a warehouse and shaped into tested, documented tables.
- 3
Build the dashboards
Draft views reviewed with the people who will use them, then refined around how they work.
- 4
Hand over and evolve
Training, documentation and monitoring, with new sources and metrics added as needs grow.

05Why Exposys
One senior team, accountable end to end.
Definitions before charts
We agree what each number means first, so the dashboard ends debates instead of starting them.
Right-sized tooling
Looker Studio or Metabase when they are enough, Power BI or a full warehouse when you genuinely need them.
Tested data
Freshness and quality checks run on every load, so a broken source is flagged before it misleads anyone.
You own the data
Warehouse, pipelines and dashboards live in your accounts, documented, with no proprietary lock-in.
Who it's for.
Ecommerce and retail
Sales, margin, stock and channel performance in one view.
Professional services
Utilisation, pipeline, billing and project profitability.
SaaS and digital products
Sign-ups, activation, retention and revenue metrics.
Operations and logistics
Orders, fulfilment times, exceptions and supplier performance.
06FAQ
Data & Dashboards questions.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Not always. If your data comes from one or two tools, a dashboard connected directly may be enough. Once you need to combine several sources or keep history, a warehouse usually becomes the simpler option.
Which dashboard tool should we choose?
It depends on who will use it, what you already pay for and how much self-service you need. Looker Studio suits Google-centred teams, Power BI suits Microsoft environments and Metabase is a flexible open-source option.
Can you work with our existing spreadsheets?
Yes. Spreadsheets are often the starting point, and we can bring them into the pipeline while gradually replacing manual steps with automated sources.
How do you make sure the numbers are right?
We reconcile key figures against your existing reports, document how each metric is calculated and add automated tests that check data on every refresh.
Who maintains the dashboards after launch?
We train your team to edit and extend them, and document the models behind them. If you prefer, we can also look after pipelines and changes on an ongoing basis.
