Cloud questions.

Which cloud provider should we use?

It depends on your existing tools, team skills and the services you need. AWS, Google Cloud and Azure can all run most workloads well, and for many web applications a platform like Vercel is simpler. We recommend one with the reasons written down.

Will moving to the cloud save us money?

Not automatically. Savings come from right-sizing, using managed services sensibly and switching off what you do not need. We give you a cost estimate during planning and review real spend after migration.

Will there be downtime during migration?

We plan migrations to keep downtime as short as possible, often moving in stages and switching traffic once the new environment is verified. Any planned cutover window is agreed with you in advance.

Why use Terraform instead of setting things up in the console?

Infrastructure defined as code can be reviewed, versioned and recreated. That makes changes safer, environments consistent and recovery far faster than rebuilding from memory.

Can you look after the infrastructure once it is live?

Yes. We offer ongoing support for monitoring, updates, cost reviews and incident response, or we can hand everything to your own team with documentation and training.
